ABSTRACT
This short essay of ours, starting from the interpretation of the secularization offered by Charles Taylor and Jürgen Habermas, focuses, through an analysis of the thought of the former President of the Constitutional Court Francesco Paolo Casavola, on the themes of secularism, pluralism and dialogue between believers and non-believers within the institutions of the rule of law.
