ABSTRACT
This paper focuses on the European Commission’s 2024 Report against Racism and Intolerance (ECRI), the European Council’s monitoring body whose purpose it is to promote equality and cultural diversity, prevention and elimination of discrimination and religious intolerance. Beyond the media debate, the Report presents interesting profiles of law and religions related to the state of human rights maturation in our country, in particular minority ones and about the impact of religion on integration dynamics.
