ABSTRACT
The article’s objective is to provide an overview of the Vatican Civil Procedural Law through some guiding principles (intellectual honesty in seeking the truth, cross-examination, dispositive, collegiality, verbal communication, possibilities, and disqualification), that is deduced from a carefully unprejudiced examination of the normative data of the Code of Civil Procedure.
The Vatican Legislature took into account. Consequently, it inspired civil procedural rules and their appropriate application.
