NEWSCourt of Cassation Deliberation of ecclesiastical judgments and “three years”
NEWSECHR Ossewaardee v. Russia (n. 27227/17), March 7, 2023 – Missionary work in Russia
ABSTRACT
The contribution aims to trace the course of recent legislative changes in the field of voluntary interruption of pregnancy in the Republic of San Marino and the State of California, characterized by an inverse regulatory path. In the Republic of San Marino, after a long period in which abortion constituted a crime, Law No. 127 of 2022, which regulates the practice of abortion, was passed. In the United States of America, on the other hand, the recent ruling of the U.S. Supreme Court overturned the previous guidance expressed in Roe v. Wade, which has been the foundation of the right to abortion for the past fifty years.
