Nr. 1/2025MARCO PARISI Evolution of civil law and Concordat system: the new ‘physiognomy’ of the ecclesiastical-religious entities
Nr. 1/2025ANTONIO FODERARO Otto per mille: between confirmations, reforms, and prospects for abolition
ABSTRACT
Aiming to offer a systemic reading of the book’s contributions, the article highlights how the concordat instrument, an expression of the principle of sana cooperatio, has demonstrated in these forty years the ability to adapt to Italian historical, political and regulatory evolutions and changes, consequently expressing a “polyhedral nature” that makes it a model that is indeed imperfect, yet capable of reflecting the “confluence of all the partialities that retain their originality in it” (Pope Francis).
