Giuseppe Dalla Torre was among the first scholars of the subject who was able to grasp this peculiarity, proposing relevant juridical, technical and practical solutions, always respectful of the principles and constitutional norms envisaged for the protection of the dignity and fundamental freedoms of the human person.
