ABSTRACT

This essay tries to develop a consideration on the crisis of international law and the opportunities of rethinking solidarity as an ideal tool to enhance new possibilities to repair social conflicts. Hence, it exactly determines the useful perspective to talk again about “mutual collaboration” between religious orders and public powers in an open minded and dialogical way.
