ABSTRACT
Reflections on Legislative Decree no. 117/2017 and on the role that the Third Sector plays, or could play, in the dynamics of contemporary societies reveal that the positive elements, although present in the reform, are not such as to compensate for the grey areas that, unfortunately, continue to accompany the legislator's action.
