The uninterrupted progression of the idea of freedom signals the opportunity to work on new dialectical paths of religious freedom rights, in which scientific inquiry has greater scope than practical considerations. Advances in scholarship have favoured its representation as a right guaranteed at the primary legislative level, under a regime of legal and lawful equality. The shortcomings of implementation systems stimulate the concentration of supplementary means of protection which, in redesigning a climate of tolerance, often give rise to new forms of religious dissent.
