ABSTRACT
The paper addresses the theme of the relationships between Church, politics and law as dimensions that human beings have in common. After having examined the tensions and possible conciliations, the article examines the ways in which the relationships between Church, politics and law are expressed. Church, politics and law can be understood according to four paradigms: the paradigm of subordination, the paradigm of exclusion, the paradigm of fusion, the paradigm of alliance.
