Abstract
The contribution deals with the issue of the late transcription of a Jewish marriage, admitted in the case submitted to the examination of the ninth section of the Court of Milan. In the present case, the failure to register did not depend on the explicit will of the spouses, but on the omission of the rabbi who, despite being legally obliged, never transmitted the marriage documents to the registrar, thus vitiating part of the administrative procedure.
