ABSTRACT
Forty years after the entry into force of Law No. 222 of 1985, the paper examines the main application-related issues arising from the innovations introduced by the Third Sector reform which have affected the model of the ecclesiastical/religious entity with civil recognition as provided for by Law No. 222 of 1985 and by the laws approving the Agreements pursuant to Article 8, paragraph 3, of the Constitution.
