Notebook nr. 1Mario Tedeschi e la scienza del diritto ecclesiastico. In ricordo del Maestro a cura di Maria d’Arienzo
ABSTRACT
This paper examines the Italian model of religious teaching in public schools, as resulting from the concordat legislation, from the agreements with other religious denominations and from some judicial decisions, highlighting its pros and cons. It also critically analyzes the main proposals for reform of the system in relation to its desirable evolution in a pluralist sense, identifying unresolved issues and formulating some reconstructive ideas.
