ABSTRACT
The paper examines the matrimonial provisions contained in the laws approving the Agreements pursuant to Article 8, paragraph 3 of the Italian Constitution, comparing the various matrimonial models. In particular, it focuses on the Agreement with the “Church of England” Association, which outlines a matrimonial model more akin to that of the Jewish tradition rather than to the one provided in the Agreements with other non-catholic Christian Churches.
